The statewide lowland lakes opener is a month away, but anglers can get a head start on some year-round lakes recently planted with trout. "We've already started planting some lakes with trout in King and Snohomish counties," said Chad Jackson, a state Fish and Wildlife biologist. "We are going to hit it heavy with plants on more lakes starting this week and right through April." Dude calm down with these postings. I'd hate to see your house with all the clutter that you can put up here daily. Post them all in one thread.

I agree, I think community announcements would be a better place to post these. I am on the email list and recieve alot of this stuff from wdfw allready. It is a nice gesture but it does clutter things up a bit. Just my .02 cents. -TBJ

And the crap that is filling most of the threads on the site isn't. I.E. Big Stick(aka Native Preference). Atleast this has some relevance to anything.

At first I was of the same opinion as Brad and others......but the more I though about it the more that I think they should stay. Like already said....if you don't like it ignore it. No worse than all the people looking for the latest "hot" fishing report every other week.

Hey Vedder go make your own report............................. I usually read some of the stuff P77 posts, and seeing as it's a fishing board can't figure out why it wouldn't be ok to keep posting that fishing related material. Although I could see why some would find it hard to read, and difficult for them to make a smart ass remark in the thread and such. You can always use an ignore button, if reading about such matters offends .

Keep posting... I cant believe anybody would object, might seem like old news to some, but it is fishing related news/politics that are happening today whether you like it or not. Good work P77
