Nice pics stam.

So why did you stop?

Yeah fishing is cool, but hunting is something I can not live without. Planning, preparing, and waiting for the hunt is half the fun for me.

Holly cow Satm!! Those are some very cool pics! B.S. shows some great pcis also. But anyone able to get animals like that in WA. is truly great! And I have to agree with you 100% A big blacktail in WA during any season is a very hard animal to come by!! So do you want to be my guide? Very Cool!

Great pics. I'd definitely agree that whitetails are easier to hunt than blacktails, and mule deer are easier than whitetails. Maybe that's because I grew up hunting whitetails or something so I understand them better. I know that I'm 0-for-3 on blacktails of any kind and am getting discouraged. \:\)

Feel free to teach your kids that killing is OK as long as somebody else does it, and the animal is pumped full of antibiotics and steroids.

Don't get me started.

I once ruined a holiday dinner after my wife let it slip that I was leaving on a hunting trip the following week.

This fat biitch starts in on me about how wrong hunting is just as she is about to stuff a big slab of prime rib down her throat.

Does a deer value it's life any more than a cow?
Or did that beef just volunteeer it's flesh to you?

Oh yeah, the cow was raised for eating.
Gimme a friggin break.

Then I started in on the glass of wine she was about to slurp down.

I live north of the Napa Valley in Ca.

I see the wholesale destruction that the wine industry reaps on the environment including the destruction of prime habitat and the year round slaughter of deer that the vinyard workers (Mexicans) inflict.

eg.
A friend hunts a large tract of property adjecent to a vinyard, they shot 14 deer last year.
Of those 14 deer, 9 of them had .22 slugs embedded in them from Mexican's attempting to poach them.

I told this lady that wine drinkers are responsible for killing more deer than I will in a lifetime of hunting.

I can respect someone that disagrees with me.

Just be consistent.

Hooking a fish in the mouth and battling it to near exhaustion as it fights for it's life ,just for your pleasure fits in to this equation somewhere.

I feel that modern grocery stores are partly to blame, seeems that meat has four corners now, instead of four legs.
Everything is neatly packaged in bloodless packages in a way that disconnects it from a living creature.

Yeah, bash away at hunters then drive the kids down to McDonalds for some McNuggets.

Whatever.

mule deer are easier to hunt than whitetail!! someones been hittin the pipe a little too much. now, i will say that the whitetail meat that i have had is awesome. i actually drew an extra whitetail tag this year. season opens in 38 days:) i wasnt going to waste my general tag on one, but am more than willing to kill one in addition to my muley. nothing is more beautiful than a thick antlered typical four w/ a sweeping spread.

now to the picture.....if youre allowed to take that many deer legally...then who gives a [censored]! so what they are stacked together. has anyone here ever stacked a pile of ducks, quail, chuks, etc? its the same damn thing but with a different species. get off your high horse (those bitching). we are all sportsmen and need to stick together. if they were poached then it would be another story. they werent, so get off his ass! now im worked up so im going to go blister my dog with my belt buckle! theres something you can bitch about.
