How much black in your family do you have to have to qualify as being black? About one drop of black blood is usually sufficient to qualify. After that is achieved, then you are officially "Black" and no other mixture is acknowledged.

Clinton was the first black president.  I'm thinking the repubs don't have a problem with her, as she might have to be a little more careful of the balance of questions.. I also know that if was reversed,you would crying tears the size of horse turds.  I have never cried at a debate or have I ever cried a turd. Sorry your wrong. To imply that there is a bias in the questions even BEFORE any question has been asked is straight out of FOX news and Rush Blowhard. Both fair and ballanced sources.

Crying foul before the game even starts is the act of the desperate.
As far as the "how much black is in your family" goes... I believe it is completely a visual thing... especially to racists. I'm not calling you a racist Jerry, I'm just sayin' that one's features and the darkness of their skin mattered more than tracing a family lineage to the haters.
There is no such thing as "racial purity". We ALL are a mix of ethnicities... unless we happen to come from a completely isolated Eskimo tribe or stone-age clan from the mountains of New Guinea.
Back in the days of the Jim Crow south... fair-skinned African-Americans with caucasion features often passed themselves off as white.
How black do you guys figure Colin Powell thinks he is?

NONE of our previous presidents looked black enough to be considered black by historians or the voting public? So NO... I'd say that we haven't had a black president yet. Not even Bill Clinton!
THAT'S why Obama... if elected would be our first "black" president. He LOOKS black... even though he is half white.

By this time tomorrow, the right will be 'outraged' (think 'lipstick on a pig)over some perceived slight or attack Biden made on Palin.............and whining will be all over the place, especially the wingnut blogosphere, which of course is to be expected. There will be calls for Biden to apologize, and commentators will 'discuss' what it all means in the context of the election'. It'll be nonsense of course, but it will happen, largely due to the fact that GOP has nothing else going in it's favor right now. Without some pathetic excuse to be 'outraged', they'll just slip into the dustbin of history for another 40 years. If I run a Dem campaign, any campaign local or national, I am telling my people that Friday morning we start ramping it up to 120% power, and put the nails in the GOP coffin for good. Bury them, take no prisoners, and go after each and every race like it is the only race we might win. Scorched earth, no quarter, flat out slaughter time. That's what needs to happen to the GOP for them, as a party to clean up their act, clear out the empire builders and wingnuts who took the party away from the common sense conservatives who once had a voice there. Anything less than that and the current GOP top dogs will remain in power, and continue to marginalize and ruin the GOP brand. In other words, run like a Republican...................
