Goes to the Dept. of F&G employee who originated the "Surplus Salmon and
Steelhead dumped in lakes to plicate the fish hogs Award" Are you mad man??
Did you flunk Ecology 101??? There never are any" Surplus Salmon." Those fish
should die in the river of their birth to enrich the ecology,and feed the smolts as
well as the Eagle, Otter,Bear etc. living on the banks. If surplus Salmon and
Steelhead ever exist beyond what the river needs, they should go #1 to the
Oregon Moist factory and #2 to the Food Bank.
NEVER to feed the neverending apetite of Mr. fishhog for BarbiQ meat.

Send this guy outta town on the next load of rotting Salmon from the
Deschutes egg taking station and dump him on a riverbank somewhere
and MAYBE he'll learn ecology.
