Investors keep smoking the Hopium!
...Today's market is like giving morphine to a cancer victim and telling them they are cured. Today's action by the Eurozone just kicks the can down the road further, giving Greece a year or more before defaulting. That doesn't solve the rest of the PIIGS similar issues, which are much larger in scale. Apparently, borrowing more debt to cover existing debt is deemed a good solution. No different than remortgaging and pulling cash out over and over. How does that work out in the end?
Watch reality return soon.

That's what Paker said. too. ...and he's still saying it. ....all the while he's still personally buying up stocks and doing quite well in the market. The only difference is that I'm not gonna whine like a little bitch when the market collapses. It's gonna happen. Mark my word, homes. Your timeline (which matches your attention span) obviously isn't the same as mine. But, if one is prepared for the worse, so be it. I'll only lose part of my investments. Having everything in the market is STUPID. Rewarding at the moment and fun to dabble in, but STUPID!!! This homey ain't STUPID!

Well, gee Paker..........that's a bold prediction.
The market is going to tank........................some day.
Well, no sh!t, Sherlock. That's what the market does, it goes up and down.
I'll tell you you're nifty and super-smart when you tell me when the downturn is going to start, and how long it's going to last before it starts heading up again.

"Methinks" the market will never see 6000, ever again.
Fish on...
Todd
For no other reason than this market swinging back and forth when the winds blows, or someone in a foreign country farts ... I agree with that.

Good site for viewing the action as it unfolds. From that site there's a comparison chart of how the economy has responded from previous recessions.

I'll tell you you're nifty and super-smart when you tell me when the downturn is going to start, and how long it's going to last before it starts heading up again. This sounds like a question for the Magic 8 Ball! That's how I invest (and with the liberal use of beer and dart board): "Magic 8 Ball - should I buy more Apple stock?" OUTCOME LOOKS GOOD! wOOt!!!!!

The funny thing is, The Magic 8 Ball is every bit as reliable a method of predicting market performance as ANY other means. Plus, everybody loves The Magic 8 Ball. "8-Ball, can anyone tell me where the market will be in 6 months?" "Doubtful"
