major sh!t just happened for the Cowboys and Skins... they over spent in 2010, and the Skins will forfiet 36 million in cap space this year, and the Cowboys will forfeit 10 million in cap space.... even with the second pick, they could be screwed...

Moss has been a cancer on teams and he's been a benefit. He quit on the Raiders and then led the league for the Pats. 35 is OLD for a receiver but if he's still running 40s in the mid-4 range, he's a threat every time he's on the field. A 1 year contract based on performance incentives makes sense for the Niners because, just like Edwards, they can cut him at any time he becomes a problem.

I see a lot of potential upside here; other teams have to account for him on the field which takes a safety off V. Davis; he's 6'4" and can take the ball away from the tall DBs out there; the Niners aren't done shopping yet; Moss has a lot he can teach to young receivers.

The downside is you never know what you'll get with him. He might not even make it past training camp.

The other down side to him is he needs a better QB to throw the ball to'em...Just sayin.........Good luck,

Niners signed Rogers so the '11 defense is intact. They also signed Cox as a backup CB.
