You have 2wonder how much money the Miranda case cost the nations tax payers in the first place. After tying up this court and that court at the taxpayers expense.... finally the "defendant" prevails against the bureaucracy and serves his time regardless. In the end, after many hardships, the government changes their ways, and a new law, to protect us all against the evils of the government, is born.
Miranda was arrested by the government, given a court appointed council by the government, ran in circles by the government, and ultimatly convicted by the same government.
