we are selling our 5th wheel...bought a new boat and cant afford to keep the payments on the 5th wheel...and we cant tow them both at the same time...we were going to keep it and put it on some property but the boat was way more than we planned on...good and bad I guess...we were asking 12k but if someone from here wants it then we can do it for 11K...if you are a landscaper 10K and some landscaping would work...its in great shape...lots of room...12 foot slide and a full size queen bed...we also put a taller upgraded toilet in it..small item but it really makes a difference
