The fish are just reared at the ponds at palmer and come from either reiter or tokul creek hatcheries depending on wether they are summer or winter fish. The hatchery at keta creek is expecting winter fish back this year from an indian plant but both the mouth of keta and the area around the rearing pond creek at palmer are closed for 150 feet both upstream and downstream this year and probably from now on, I know they have been keeping an eye on the area around palmer. As for winter fish there have been some caught down low and up to flaming geyser but have yet to hear or see any up above.
