My intrepretation is that he's calling the guy "batshit crazy" is because he •is• batshit crazy.

He's also an incel.

Granted, I am not going to make a blanket statement and say all Incels are associated as right-wingers....

...but......

It's probably not far from the truth, if one were to round up a pod of Incels and ask them what their political beliefs are.

I'm guessing not too many Incels voted for Hillary in the last election.
