Sagearoo turns 16 next month. So I sleep until she wakes up. She gives me about a 1 minute grace period to get her outside.

If, perchance, she sleeps thru the night I'll get 7 to 8 hours of solid sleep. But this is rare enough that when it does happen the first thing I do is check her for a pulse.
