Preston Singletary Returning Adult Registered: 03/29/99 Posts: 373 Loc: Seattle, WA USA	The Skagit will be open until the end of February, however all wild steelhead (those with intact adipose fins) must be released. you can find all the details on the WDFW's website. _________________________ PS
