darth baiter Juvenile at Sea Registered: 04/04/10 Posts: 192 Loc: United States	The WA reg pamphlet (pg 4) says you need to fill out a Trip Notification form for salmon fishing in Canada. It doesn't say you need same for halibut. Obviously you need a Canadian license to fish there and must comply to their regulations. If you land or anchor in Canada or their waters then you need to report to customs. If you don't land or anchor you don't need to report to Canadian customs.
