About stocks, yeah I have stocks, kinda' sorta'. They fund my retirement, but not near so well as I had hoped. Ever since that Black Friday back in 87, I've been buying high and selling low. I was hoping to make up the difference in volume over time. I think it's worked out such that I'd have more in my retirement fund if I can just put the money in a can and buried it in the back yard. But then I would have missed the agency partial match, which allowed me to buy even more stocks when they were high so I could sell them low. With an investment record like mine, hardly anybody asks me for investment advice.


My super official financial advisor advice to you is....maybe do the opposite of your first inclination? That might work.
