Highliner Scary lurker Registered: 11/11/99 Posts: 34 Loc: Snohomish, WA	I heard something about being able to finally fish from a boat in the Green this year. I looked at the regs and it still says no fishing from a floating device during the winter season. Does anyone know if this has changed or not. Thanks.
