What timeframe will you be there?
There should be resident coho and searun cutts around.
Concentrate on points and areas with moving water.
Watch for jumping fish. Come March the cutts will be focusing in on chum fry.
Flies like small clousers in various colors will work.
Small spoons and spinners will also do the job.

By the way, once those resident coho get up into the 16” range, they are pretty tasty after having spent the winter eating euphausiids and amphipods.
