Hard to believe that is even real. The officers should be arrested for false arrest and excessive force on the guy, for assaulting the woman, and then sued for violating his constitutional rights to free speech and her constitutional rights to record the scene under the freedom of the press (courts have ruled that this type of recording and releasing it on the internet qualifies).

Notice that the first and third officers laugh when approached from about the same distance that the unmarkedofficer was "assaulted" from.
