Usually the President at least pretends that pardons and commutations are for some travesty of justice, or someone who has "turned over a new leaf", or some such nonsense...Trump's not even pretending.

Christmas came early for four convicted war criminals, a handful of his Administration members who pled guilty to lying to the FBI to protect Trump, and corrupt GOP politicians who were removed from office and jailed for stealing campaign funds.

I'm sure it's just a coincidence that the four convicted war criminals worked for Blackwater, which is owned by Betsy DeVoss's brother.

I'm sure it's also a coincidence that the corrupt politicians were the first two to come out in favor of Trump's candidacy back in 2015.

Anyways...business as usual in the most corrupt Administration ever...even Nixon had enough shame to leave his Administration's criminals, Halderman and Liddy, in jail, and they begged for pardons.
