Take a pan, heat to medium, get you some butter melted up in that bitch.

Crack eggs into pan.
Salt and pepper, then add 1/4 cup of water, and cover.
Cook to desired done-ness, remove lid and serve.

This way you get fried egg on the bottom, and steamed egg up top. Works like a charm, cant believe you have never had eggs this way, now go make yourself some.
