Final tally had 221 Democrats and 11 Republicans voting yea on the resolution.

I wonder who they are, and if there are extra-stupids looking to primary them in the next election already? There's always room for more stupid in the GOP, I'd love to see even more crazies take over the asylum, since the adults that are left there don't seem to want to take care of it.
