So i told my friend;s mom that i would make her a pin to wear to work. I am sure many of you have seen the gold pins with flies tied on them. She is a flight attendant for Alaska Air. I want to tie up something that will be easily recognizable to the fishermen traveling up, but dont know what fly to tie. It really shouldn;t be gaudy or flashy. I was thinking just a green butt skunk, but there has to be a nice fly that says alaska salmon fishing better than that.
any suggestions?
