Sure was a great F1 race this week-end !

Congrats to Max and Red Bull.

The interesting note here were the Dutch fans. Of the 70 -100+ thousand men women and kids that watched this race live, nearly zero were masked.

Nearly zero social distanced, and they did it over three days in a row.

The only masked peeps were the race teams, and the commentators. NBC did note this as an oddity as they broadcast, but cared less...

Same maskless crowds clapping, swilling beer , fist bumping shoulder to shoulder at a number of football games played here in the states. Again, noted by the games announcer live. They all seemed to care more about catching the pass, than the woo Han flu ...

So, will we see a huge super spreader infection crisis after this race in Europe with hospital crowing , IcUs run over, and covid deaths by the hundreds ? Or will we just look forward to the next race or game, and live life while the poly tick shuns try to make more hay before the folks really understand what’s going on ?
