Yes, as I noted in a previous post in the WDFW Director Bulletin thread when you asked about net pen projects with unclipped coho.
I have nothing against hatchery fish and believe they should all be clipped. Unfortunately, fish know no boundries, so once those unclipped net pen fish cross into MA 9, they are off limits to us except for the last week of September.
So, how do we go about achieving getting all hatchery fish clipped?
I personally don't ever see it happening with the players involved.
