The Rogue is starting to produce some excellent numbers of winter fish.. the Rogue Outdoor Store should be able to provide you w/ some insight on specifics, if not send me an email and I'll see what I can do.
The ELk and Sixes should also be an good bet in Feb. it's all C&R thank goodness, it will kick in soon.
