Mexican MAFIA and Cartel members do not rat each other out because their whole family gets murdered.. But they have no problem making a deal to rat out dirty cops,, judges and public officials that they pay bribes to to run their ops...

Who do you think allows Cartels to set up shop in the USA,, run big shipments of drugs and humans? "FBI/CIA" and the local govts/states get paid bribes to look the other way...
