From my first hand experience I can tell you that there are some good cops and some bad cops,,, same goes for prosecutors and judges.. Mostly Id say 70% fall in the middle and are neither bad or good,, they just do what they are told right, wrong,, or indifferent... Being honest all the time,, doing the right thing all the time is a conflict of employment requirements within the Justice System and makes people who obey their oath of office a liability and huge risk... I found out first hand... Its very rare/uncommon for cops to speak out,, cross the blue wall of silence because its career suicide and you loose everything,, in some cases even your life,, but certainly all your money and assets most of the time...

Being an observer of common practice and policy within the Justice System I can tell you without a doubt that "money" is the problem,, method of control,, its because most people have something to loose if they step out of favor and betray the hand that feeds them...

The only way forward regarding Law and Justice in all capacities,, prosecution,, Judges and Cops is for the service to be completely volunteer,, no payment or money can be involved or it will always be corrupt,, there is no way to avoid this predictable outcome..

It needs to be simplified and 100% volunteer,, that is the only way to avoid the betrayal of the people being served and protected... Its just too much power for money to be involved,, debts and liabilities of the individuals to be involved in the process of law and justice is not acceptable and will always cause corruption...
