Not necessarily. If the earth was flat there is no guarantee you could see everything due to other taller obstructions and loss of height by sheer distance. Very tall landmarks or buildings could be seen if they were relatively close. Far away, possibly not so well. Perspective vs. distance highlights things becoming smaller the further away they are.

I agree with your premise of the earth being rounded and having curvature, just not your arguments as they are weak.
