Hey saukit2em I've never noticed a difference whether I use a #2 with a stinger. I've always done better with just a single #2 or #1, and if there is water color or it is 38 degrees or less I will add color by adding a size 12 cheater. But I have tried both ways many times and I have not noticed any difference in success in hooking the fish whether I had one hook or two. So since I am lazy and take as little time as possible getting ready I just tie single hook setups.
