Is`nt there some law about not be able to own any watewr that`s deemed navitable?
I thought this was why people who live on waterfront property only own to the beach?
I remember up on the Sultan River once when we were gold mining, the land, which is owned by the Everett watershed, could stop you from
crossing the land to get there, but had no jurisdiction when you were actually on the water,
I`m using this for an example and am just asking if anybody knows about such a law?
And if so, is the "i.e." Nooch a navitable water?
