I would strongly recommend that you check your Nuts. I lost a U-bolt holding the rails on the front of my Trailer. There was one nut holding my trailer together when I got home and it basicaly came apart as I was backing in to my driveway. (Better to be lucky than good )

If you hear a strange noise stop and take a look. We thought we heard a metallic "ping", but didn't stop and look. I figure it was probably the U-bolt shearing off.

This is a reminder to me and everyone else to do that maintenance on your Trailer.

Here is a short list

1.) Check all the U-bolts holding your Trailer together.

2.) Hit the bearings with some Grease. When they start to smoke it is too late (Same for your Children )

3.) Check your tires for wear etc.

If you have more, please ...

PS CNR'd a beat up Hen right above Shuwah Rapid Saturday. She had a Watermelon spin in glow stuck in her lips, looked like some plunkers rig. She had some nasty black worms crawling in and out of her gils. Poor Critter. Saw a few fish in the lowest clearest water I have ever fished. Tough Going. Need Rain.
