Snow pack is the second lowest in 40 years over here. Thats a bad deal boys. If you think this year has been tough for power geneneration, wait till next year. I expect some shocking news out of the BPA any time soon. Something will have to give and you know as well as I do that Salmon and Steelhead are going to be the ones who lose.
