Ah grasshoppa, you open can worms.

C&K totally depends on the species and the numbers that lie there within. Plus, if it's morally correct to do so besides it being legal.

C&R increases the chances of the species thriving, as well as, superior genes being passed on. Also, it shows that you actually receive a paycheck and don't rely on salmon/steelhead for food. If that were the case, then it's cheaper to buy it at the store.

I'm all for C&R because I don't particularly care for the taste of fish, but when my dad wants a fish, then if it's clipped...it's kept.
Why keep a fish just to say you caught a fish. Just bring a camera, and if you really want to get in-depth, then buy a measuring tape.
