I'm interested in learning how to fly fish for steelhead. What weight line/rod would you recommend? What size/pattern flies? Other than a Loomis, what are some good rod brands? What about reels? Floating or sinking line? If sinking, what rate?

My fly fishing experience consists of wild rainbows in lakes. Any advice would be appreciated.
