As I have said before.... Using a phony SSN will work just fine.... No problem. I cannot tell you how I know this, I just know. Remember, using a phony SSN is illegal as hell, so if you get caught don't get mad at me. I would never, ever suggest that anybody try to defraud the government . As for the stickers being all screwed up: Why are you surprized? Idiots run this state and when you let people of a substandard mental capacity make decisions, you will inevitably get substandard results. Don't worry about the stickers, fight it in court!
