Floated the River on Friday just a little ways downstream of Yakima. Not a good experience. With only 215 cfs in the river, the routine was to get out every couple hundred yards and drag the boat over the rocks. With all the water getting diverted into the irrigation canals, fishing is going to be tough. Hope the fish make it up above Roza before they suck it completely dry. All told we landed nine. 4 white fish, 4 suckers, and an 8 lb king. Bank fishing success was pretty mediocre as well, with only 1 small king being caught all day that we heard of.
