I had one for about 7 years. It worked great until one day when I was driving down a paved road that had some small up and down hills on it about every 100 feet or so. I looked back in my rear view mirror and noticed that the bow of my boat was moving up and down. By the time I could stop, the tongue of my EZ loader broke in haft. You would have thought that you could have seen a crack before it had happen. Though no fault of mine, the crack was right under the u-bolt that holds down the winch raiser. The problem was that the tongue was made of to lit of metal. It was a piece of 3x4 metal channel that was bolted to the other sections of the trailer frame. I would not by another EZ loader trailer unless they have changed the size and construction of the tongue. Other then that it worked pretty well. If your boat were heavy, I would spend the extra money and get the trailer that was designed to fit and carry your boat and its total load.
