4 fish limit? I was just on the WDFW emergency rules page, and didn't see anything mentioning a 4 fish limit on the wind. If you have a link I'd love to see it. I've been fishing the canyon a bit and it's definately scratch fishing. But it's absolutely beautiful, and the lack of fish is keeping the yahoo's away (For now) yesterday the water was raising so I imagine it's going to be a zoo real soon.
