Why don't you and your sled go 'dog' the Cowlitz with the other 1,000 people and stay off the Nooch, or just stay below Black Creek so we don't have to hear you bogg down when you're coming up river. You're a true fisherman!

Oh and as far as the service is concerned. You might have to look into getting a business permit. Because if you're hauling people, then you're considered a taxi and would probably need some sort of license/permit. I bet you'll have to drive vehicles around to avoid licensing issues. DEFFINITELY CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER AND AN ATTORNEY WOULDN'T BE A BAD IDEA!! I too would use the service if it were reasonably priced. The guys on the Peninsula charge anywhere from $11-$15. Check into seeing if you can advertise with Bob and maybe he can provide an area for other people to post their numbers and what rivers they service. Good idea and keep us posted.
