Eric- fished Rainbow Park last June. The camp sites are closed. I talked to the care taker and he let us walk down to the river and fish. A big chunk of the bank in front of the old trailer campsites is gone and the lower end of the hole is full of trees and junk. If you have fished there in the past it's enough to make a guy cry. Maybe it cleaned up over the winter-don't know. But talk to the care taker and he may let you in. Good luck.
