With my work schedule I have only made it up to Neah Bay once so far this season, we only took home 5 halibut in 3 days for three guys in my boat. The waters were very rough during most of the trip, but we still went out. It is almost like you have to take the chance, weather providing just to get the opportunity to go fishing. We all have Canadian licenses which will allow us visit our neighbors and spend our money with them....actually we'll spend most of it in Washington, as we launch from Neah Bay. Bottom fishing was great though.
Almost time to hit Westport, and those old Halibut will just be a memory. We have a great time out there with a bunch of boats from Gig Harbor PSA heading out together.
