1. yes the shad are in thick. be careful theres alot less water than most years.

2. most folks are getting into oversized if they know what they are doing.

3. The Shad Rack is at the tip of Ives island off of the pilings or below them. divers or 3 ways with 4oz and a dick nite in white/flo, gold/flo, silver/flo, gold, Basically pick 4 or 5 different colors and get 2 of each fish all differnt colors to start and find which one produces the most and start switching.
