I have fished that whole area, and had some good success, but it has been at least 10 years since I went up there.

I had a blast about 6 years ago fishing for them on the Skagit north of I-5. What a zoo! I waded out on a low flow day and picked up about 50 spreader bars, over 200 corkies, and enough pyramid weights to fill up two coffee cans. The wasted fishing line alone took up a whole grocery bag. Yes, I packed out the trash.

Two years ago was a bummer, I agree, but we sometimes have to "Not Fish" so there will be fish. I just wish we all played by the same rules, but I won't open that can of worms as I have already garnered a bit more attention than I would have liked.
