I happened to be over in that area yesterday and stopped by the hatchery as the tide was coming in. The people fishing there add a new meaning to fishing (snagging). I have never witnessed anything of this nature, seeing around 100 people lined up, prentending to be fishing, but actually snagging/ foul hooking 9 out of 10 and dragging them onto the rocks by the tail or whatever, plus fishing in closed waters, clearly marked by bouys.Seeing somethinglike this really leaves one wondering where the enforcement officers are. What an example for the kids that were there.
