Hey I am not about bashing the tribes, lets just try and be fair. Like keep the water the same for everyone, why should anyone get to be able to control the river for there own interest? We should all be for the interest of the fish, not ourselves or our particular user group.
And Tater, Don't take this personally, It is all about what's fair, not one group having the advantage over the other. I am sorry if you take it that way, but if they ran the river like you guys run yours there would be so many fish in there it would not matter how the river flows were controlled. If you don't want me and My friends to come fish with you, I am sorry!! but to me it is about what is best for the resource and what is fair to all involved. Not just one particular group.
