Head north on 101 after you come over from the Seattle side and go through PA, and then on to Forks. About 10 miles or so outside of Forks on 101, now heading south, you will start to see a number of campgrounds, private and DNR.

Get yourself a Washington Atlas and Gazetteer (sp?), a large book of maps that covers the state. This book is a must for anyone who wants to explore new territory. Had mine for 15 years, but it looks like I had it for 30. Laminate the cover and you'll get a lot more life out of it.

As for the local fishing report, stop in at the sporting goods shop in Forks, right hand side of the road just before the used car lot. This is on the far side of town when coming from PA (Port Angeles). The folks who work there are QUITE helpful, and can guide you to the spots you should be going to. If they don't sell maps to the local fishing holes, they should. I don't remember the name of the store, but I know someone else knows on this board.

Best of luck, Andy
