Duck In The Fog Returning Adult Registered: 04/02/99 Posts: 460 Loc: Yakima Wa. U.S.A.	What you are seeing is buoys to hold an end of the nets. These are just buoys, the nets won't go in until some where around the 1st. of September. Duck In The Fog.
