Right now the river is blown from gacial melt. About the only thing that works now is the bobber/sandshrimp combo mentioned above. If the weather cools and the river clears small pink and/or silver spoons (Wells or DKs) can be very effective. Setup standard drift gear and let your spoon swing across current. You can do this just below the plunkers and drive em nuts.
