Check out my reports on Sekiu in the last few months. That would be my bet, as I have yet to have bad day up there, (except when I took Seacat out and all I caught were four 4 pounders and about 30 smolts while he caught a 14.2 pound hooknose, and a few nice fish that were smaller).

I have yet to have an issue with limiting, and I have been VERY selective on the fish I keep. The fewest fish in a day was 8 (I got a nice king and a nice silver after about 2 hours of fishing), the most in a day was 38. I don't think folks at Buoy 10 have had that luxury.

All silvers are open at Sekiu, and the water/bumper boat situation is much less of a life threatening ordeal. You still need to be careful, but a compass, gps, cell phone and good boathandling skills should be the minimum of navigation equipment that you head out with. VHF would be even better.
