Took the family out today and caught three silvers (5-6 lbs) off the SE 100 ft drop and also the SW 100 ft area. Fished from 8am to noon. Caught on green hoochie at 65 ft on the rigger and also at 50 ft on a dodger/herring setup. It was somewhat slow overall. I did see a fair number of netting going on. Ran into a MONSTER herring ball on the SW side of the bar.
Birds everywhere and the herring swimming by the boat in vast numbers. Made me wish I had a dip net! I could vaccu-seal and freeze enough for a year easy.
