I was curing some coho eggs the other night (Pro-Cure Wizard)using the directions for the jar method. They indicate you should "pour off the excess juice". Although I've never really understood how much juice to pour off, I realize that I'm probably wasting a valuable resource by dumping it down the drain. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could put this juice to good use as an egg scent?

Perhaps adding some cod liver oil or tuna oil to thicken it might turn it into a good scent. Any thoughts, ideas, or receipes are welcome. <@)(((><
